Stiltz manufactures one of the world’s most compact and unique contemporary Home Lifts – an elegant alternative to traditional through-floor lifts and stairlifts. When stairs start to become unsafe, or lack of mobility makes a home inaccessible, a Duo+ or Trio+ home lift will help maintain independence and safety in the home without the need to consider relocation.
To ensure the correct home lift is specified for both the user and their home, Stiltz usually arranges for a trusted assessor to visit. Now, in addition to – or instead of – this home visit, customers can call on a remote demonstration to see for themselves exactly how a home lift looks and works.
The latest 4K-resolution video technology from Stiltz allows customers to seamlessly link to an impressive showroom based in Cape Town, South Africa. Developed by Stiltz South African trade partner, the remote sessions are broadcast from studios with fully working home lifts installed.
If a high definition video consultation is requested, customers are emailed a link which they simply click on at the agreed time to access the appointment. No additional software needs to be downloaded to do this, and there is no time limit for the video call.
