“Product development and management is key to keeping ahead of the curve,” says Stiltz new Global Product Manager, Nigel Leaver. Mr. Leaver worked with an electrical equipment manufacturing business where he moved through many different areas of the company; from Customer Service to Marketing, Product Development to Business Unit Management. His experience in operations and production meant he was looking for somewhere to share his wealth of knowledge and make an impact.
After moving back to the UK from a short stint of living in Dubai, Mr. Leaver has joined at an important time for Stiltz Home Lifts where he will be focusing on developing ways to innovate and improve on our product offerings. “I see my position as a pivotal role, helping coordinate, improve and document all aspects of the product within the business.”
Stiltz Home Lifts Product Standards
He continued “Initially I’m going to focus on getting to know the Stiltz products, such as the Duo+ and Trio+, inside and out. Then I can move onto looking at things like materials, options, product standards. I see this role as vital to ensuring that every product we sell across the globe has the same exacting standards that Stiltz demands.”
When asked why he joined Stiltz, Mr. Leaver responded “I was excited by the prospects and opportunities that Stiltz could offer. I had my interviews with Lachlan Faulkner (Co-Founder and CCO) and Mike Lord (CEO). Their passion for the company and products plus their exciting plans for the future to improve and push forward only cemented my interest.”
