We are delighted to announce we were presented with the prestigious title of Team of the Year 2016 for exceptional customer service at the British Healthcare Trades Association (BHTA) Awards.
This award is voted for by consumers who complete and return feedback cards to the BHTA throughout the year. The Stiltz Lifts team scored highly – both in terms of the quantity and quality of comments from customers – with many describing the company as friendly, helpful, professional, customer-focused and care-driven.
Customers specifically commented that Stiltz Lifts team members were ‘extremely helpful and courteous’, they had ‘great product knowledge’ and were ‘very polite, punctual, well-organised and confident’.
This is our first-ever BHTA award and was accepted on behalf of the company by Stiltz Lifts Chairman Mike Lord and Trade Sales Manager (UK) Gino Farruggio at the glittering awards ceremony held at Broadgate in Bishopsgate, London which was hosted by TV personality Penny Smith.
